    These results vary by customer depending on the experience level of the salespeople handling the calls. We always suggest that only experienced sales professionals handle live transfers. That being said, based on customer feedback, our clients are closing 10-20% of our transfers. If they are below 10%, we riqorously review the client’s transfer handling process from start to finish as well as their useage of our Web Administration Module. We work with all companies to get them to them results.
Our Call Center Agents then contact the consumer, confirm their interest, and qualify the consumer’s interest.
